We maintain zero tolerance for:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Sexualized depictions of minors or content that sexualizes children
Child nudity intended for abuse or exploitation
Grooming, enticement, or trafficking of minors
Any trade, solicitation, or exploitation involving children
Confirmed violations are removed immediately, accounts permanently banned, and reports submitted to law enforcement including NCMEC where applicable.
01Our Commitment to Child Protection
Protecting minors is a core duty for Nova. Scheibling Speranza runs layered safeguards — automated detection, trained moderators, user reporting, and cooperation with authorities — to prevent harm to children on the Platform.
02CSAM Prohibition
CSAM is illegal worldwide. Nova uses hash-matching, AI classifiers, and human review to detect and remove CSAM. Confirmed material is preserved only as required for legal reporting, then removed from user-facing systems.
03CSAE Zero-Tolerance Policy
Any attempt to create, share, request, or facilitate CSAE on Nova results in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to relevant authorities. We do not allow exceptions or warnings for confirmed CSAE.
